Post 4 What are you really into?


Well, I'm a really employed person (I say this cause the university), so I cannot do all the things I would like to do like watching movies or sleep all the weekend (so sad).
But, in my free times, I'm really obsessed with cooking new dishes.
The other day, I called my mother and asked her to bring various vegetables, fish, chicken, quinoa and willows (I love soya sauce) to the house. I improvised to dish, something like quinoa with sweet chicken and vegetables. I do not know where I got the idea, I just did it. I add ginger to my new dish and it changed my life.
 I'm obsessed with GINGER. I do not know what happens to me but every time I'm cooking something, I decide to add ginger. Chicken with ginger, rice, lettuce ... even at the tea (tea is another obsession that I have).
I investigated (google) ginger and it is really a fantastic superfood. Ginger has so many health benefits, like:
-        -  Ginger contains gingerol, a substance with powerful medicinal properties
-         - Ginger can treat many forms of nausea, especially morning sickness
-         - Ginger may reduce muscle pain and soreness
-         - The anti-inflammatory effects can help with osteoarthritis        
-         - Ginger powder may significantly reduce menstrual pain

So I hope you can try ginger!
